In chapter 8, Luke shows us more of the social implications of God’s upside down Kingdom. Today as you read, ask yourself these questions:
Who is involved: how does Luke portray them? What is happening and what is the significance of the order of events? Where does the action take place and what is the significance of the setting? What repeated words, themes or Old Testament connections stand out? How does the main idea connect to your personally?
